Job Summary

The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, setting them up for success, and ensuring they feel confident in the partnership with Truvolv. You’ll coordinate with internal teams to deliver a tailored onboarding experience, ensuring all clients are properly introduced to our tools, processes, and services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding phase.
2. Develop and execute customized onboarding plans tailored to each client's needs.
3. Clearly communicate processes, timelines, and next steps to clients.
4. Collect necessary information, documents, and approvals to facilitate the setup process.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., SEO, paid media, website design) to ensure smooth transitions from onboarding to ongoing service delivery.
6. Conduct training sessions or tutorials on relevant tools, platforms, and reporting dashboards.
7. Track onboarding progress and follow up with clients as needed to ensure timely completion.
8. Address and resolve client concerns or questions during onboarding.
9. Continuously improve onboarding workflows to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in customer service, client success, or a similar role, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
4. Understanding of website integrations such as CRM and call tracking.
5. Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
6. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
7. Experience working with website hosting and domain registration.
