Pay: Starting at $68,000 Annually; Salary commensurate with experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, one Saturday per month required
Work Location: Remote (with potential for occasional travel for in-person onboarding or team meetings)

Job Description
- Onboarding Program Development: Design, develop, and continuously improve a comprehensive and engaging onboarding program specifically tailored for new hires in the Android retail program. This includes pre-boarding communications, first-day experiences, and ongoing support during the initial ramp-up period
- Onboarding Content Creation: Develop compelling and informative onboarding materials, including welcome guides, introductory videos, checklists, FAQs, and other resources, to ensure new hires have the necessary information to succeed
- Onboarding Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging and interactive onboarding training sessions (both virtual and potentially in-person) covering essential information about the Android retail program, 2020 Companies culture, policies, procedures, and initial job responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Training Manager, field leadership, and other team members to gather input and ensure alignment in the onboarding process and content
- Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their onboarding period, providing guidance, support, and answering questions to ensure a smooth transition
- Onboarding Process Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of the onboarding process, including scheduling training sessions, coordinating with relevant departments, and tracking new hire progress
- Feedback Collection and Analysis: Gather feedback from new hires and stakeholders on the onboarding experience to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements
- Training Content Integration: Integrate foundational Android product knowledge and sales skills training into the onboarding curriculum to provide a solid base for new hires
- Resource Development: Develop and maintain a library of onboarding resources and tools that are easily accessible to new hires
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on best practices in onboarding and training to ensure our program remains innovative and effective
Qualifications
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely convey information to new hires
- Onboarding Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of effective onboarding principles and best practices. Experience in designing and delivering onboarding programs is highly desirable
- Training and Facilitation Skills: Proven ability to facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for new employees
- Organizational and Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Empathy and Interpersonal Skills: A genuine passion for helping new hires succeed and the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the onboarding process
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in creating accurate and comprehensive onboarding materials
- Positive and Enthusiastic Attitude: A positive and welcoming demeanor that contributes to a positive onboarding experience for new hires
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing needs and feedback to improve the onboarding program continuously
