Key Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding
- Serve as the primary point of contact during new client onboarding.
- Create and manage onboarding checklists, timelines, and documentation.
- Coordinate internal resources (help desk, projects, compliance) to meet onboarding milestones.
- Gather technical and business information from clients (users, systems, credentials, compliance needs).
- Ensure systems (e.g., ConnectWise, documentation platforms) are fully updated with client information.
- Schedule training sessions or walkthroughs for client stakeholders.
- Complete Technical Onboarding to roll out our stack to client environments
- Coordinate installation of MSP stack to client machines
- Take initiative to improve processes
- Troubleshoot issues with tool installation
- Maintain relationships with key vendors (software providers, hardware suppliers, cloud services).
- Track and renew vendor contracts, licenses, and warranties.
- Coordinate vendor escalations and support tickets when needed.
- Assist in evaluating and onboarding new vendors or tools to support service delivery.
- Assist internal teams with technical support cases with vendors
- Work with Vendors to optimize our tool stack
Administrative & Support
- Monitor onboarding KPIs and client satisfaction during the first 90 days.
- Assist with procurement processes and ensure assets are tracked and delivered.
- Identify and recommend process improvements for onboarding or vendor workflows.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in client onboarding, project coordination, service management or vendor relations (preferably in IT/MSP environments).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with MSP tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Nable products, Microsoft 365, and other MSP tools)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-service driven attitude.
- Strong client communication skills and comfort discussing technical terms with non-technical people
Preferred but Not Required:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 licensing and vendor portals.
- Knowledge of IT service delivery processes and SLA-driven support.
- Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
