We are currently looking for a SalesPro Onboarding Specialist, remotely from United States.

As a SalesPro Onboarding Specialist, you will deliver engaging training sessions, ensure customers seamlessly adopt and integrate software into their businesses, lead Zoom-based training, guide customers through software configurations, and manage onboarding projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer requests, create solutions, and drive customer success. Accountabilities
  • Lead Interactive Training: Conduct engaging Zoom sessions to help customers utilize the software effectively and ensure their success.
  • Project Management: Manage onboarding projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Solution Development: Address customer requests and develop solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with various departments to properly configure customer accounts and meet business goals.
  • Issue Identification and Mitigation: Proactively identify and resolve potential onboarding issues to ensure smooth software integration.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a client-facing role with web-based applications, customer service, or software implementation.
  • Skills: Strong project management, communication, organizational, and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Nice to Have: Experience in fast-paced startup environments and adaptability to dynamic changes.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
