We're looking for a detail-driven, people-focused Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team in Hillsboro, Oregon. You’ll play a key part in providing a seamless and comprehensive onboarding experience that fosters meaningful connections and builds confidence. The onboarding team aims to equip new hires with the support they need to integrate smoothly into the company culture, contribute to their team’s success, and a sense of belonging from day one.

Compensation: $23.00-24.00 Hourly

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires for multiple sub departments across the company
  • Managing background checks, MVRs and conditional offers for candidates being pushed through the pre-employment screening process
  • Responsible for pushing through all new hires to active in HRIS after receiving roll call from trainers and updating ATS to display accuracy for attendance
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Recruiting, HR, Marketing, Sales, and Operational departments to ensure seamless onboarding processes for all new hires and optimize onboarding workflows
  • Review background checks and conditional offers with the utmost discretion.
  • Attend weekly leadership meetings to further develop your career path.
