To succeed, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Franchise Management, or related field preferred; minimum 3 years of experience in franchise operations, onboarding, or training.
• Project management certification is a plus; franchise compliance and operational standards knowledge is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; excellent verbal and written communication in English required.
• Ability to travel nationwide to support franchise partner onboarding and training.

Your essential duties and responsibilities as the Onboarding Specialist will include:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new franchise partners, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring a smooth transition into the franchise system.
• Develop and execute structured onboarding programs, including training schedules, milestone tracking, and coordination of cross-functional resources.
• Support business setup and compliance needs, such as licensing, sales tax, procurement, and OSHA documentation.
• Utilize CRM tools and reporting systems to track onboarding progress, monitor KPIs, and provide updates to leadership.
• Continuously improve onboarding processes by collaborating with internal teams, refining materials, and addressing franchisee challenges proactively.
