Job summary

Mountaire Farms in Selbyville, Delaware seeks a Training Onboarding Coordinator to guide new hires on the Production floor, tracking skill improvements toward certification and helping reduce absenteeism and turnover for our team.

You will lead new hire orientation, provide translation as needed, participate in roundtable meetings with HR and Employee Relations, monitor onboarding metrics, and support retention initiatives while performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bilingual in Haitian Creole/English or Spanish/English preferred but not required.
• 2 years’ experience in a comparable role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• The ability to teach and coach others.
• Must possess patience.

Responsibilities

• Assists new employees on the Production floor to support them as they transition into their new role.
• Leads the new hire onboarding program by presenting in orientation and providing translation as needed.
• Assists in roundtable meetings and activities directed by the Complex Human Resources Manager and Employee Relations Manager to improve retention and turnover.
