Job summary

Fortrex is seeking an ERP Coordinator to organize onboarding and lead ERP training sessions. You will ensure accurate and timely orientation, resolve ERP issues with leadership, and drive improvements in new-hire experience and attendance on the plant floor.

The role emphasizes strong organization, clear communication, and adherence to safety procedures in a wet, hot, or cold production environment. Experience in team engagement is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to train team members.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Employee Retention Program (ERP) and onboarding.
• Facilitate ERP trainings and ensure alignment with company policies.
• Escalate ERP issues to leadership and provide feedback to reduce turnover.
• Monitor attendance, turnover and retention with Site Manager.
