Job summary

Fortrex is seeking an ERP Coordinator to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, manage the ERP program, and oversee orientation training with precision and timeliness. You will address ERP issues and escalate them to leadership as needed, while driving improvements to retention and attendance across North America.

The role involves on-site presence on the plant floor, collaboration with ERP Manager, and adherence to safety and LOTO procedures in a fast-paced food safety environment.

Qualifications

• Experience training team members and coordinating onboarding processes.
• Ability to identify and escalate ERP issues to leadership promptly.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Preference for bilingual candidates and plant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Employee Retention Program (ERP) for smooth operation.
• Guide new team members through onboarding and orientation training.
• Facilitate ERP training sessions and enforce company policies.
• Coordinate ERP activities and present attendance/retention metrics to Site Manager.
• Escalate ERP issues to leadership when necessary and implement improvements.
