Hunton Services in Houston is seeking a Refrigerant Management Administrator/New Technician Onboarding Coordinator to lead the onboarding experience for new field technicians while ensuring safety and environmental regulations are followed, particularly in refrigerant management.

This role supports technician readiness and regulatory assurance by delivering structured onboarding, managing EPA and safety certifications, and overseeing refrigerant tracking and documentation processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical, business, or administrative field, or 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigerant handling preferred; EPA compliance understanding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new field technicians and coordinate cross‑department training.
• Maintain and reconcile refrigerant inventory logs; track purchases and usage in Excel and WennSoft.
• Generate and distribute compliance reports to internal teams and customers.
• Manage EPA certification records and onboarding for new certifications.
• Schedule fire extinguisher inspections and electrical glove certifications; assist audits.
• Support ongoing training and upskilling for existing personnel.
