Job summary

Hunton Services, a division of the Hunton Group in Houston, TX, seeks a Refrigerant Management Administrator/New Technician Onboarding Coordinator to lead onboarding and ensure regulatory compliance. You will manage refrigerant inventory/logs, EPA certifications, and safety documentation while coordinating cross‑department onboarding for new field technicians.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of related experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with HVAC/refrigerant handling.

Qualifications

Associate degree or 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Familiarity with HVAC systems and refrigerant handling preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain and reconcile refrigerant inventory logs for trucks and shops.
Track purchasing and usage in Excel and WennSoft; review refrigerant reports for accuracy.
Generate and distribute compliance reports to internal teams and customers.
Manage EPA certification records for technicians, including onboarding for new certs.
Coordinate onboarding for new field technicians and track completion metrics.
