Responsibilities include leading programs across campuses and office locations, overseeing orientation, and tracking effectiveness. Travel is minimal; 3-5 years’ experience and a Bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 3-5 years of onboarding or program management experience.
• Travel expected: minimal (typically <10%).

Responsibilities

• Leads onboarding programs across campus, home office, and support services.
• Oversees orientation delivery and ensures consistency across locations.
• Tracks onboarding completion, participation, and effectiveness.
• Maintains onboarding content updates and documentation.
• Leads train-the-trainer initiatives for facilitators.
