Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding program design to define the partner journey from offer acceptance to first load.
• Architect the cross-functional coordination model with internal teams and external vendors.
• Lead resolution of blockers involving regulatory, vendor, or policy dependencies.
• Continuously improve the program based on performance data to reduce stalls and enable scale.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to build technology that reduces manual effort and enables partners to self-navigate their activation journey.
