Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a skilled professional to scale customer onboarding for a high volume of commercial customers. You will partner with sales, marketing, and enablement to design, implement, and evangelize onboarding programs that empower international teams and accelerate product adoption.

You will guide customer goals, manage multiple programs, and report on metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

4+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
Experience managing customers through onboarding or implementation of technical products.
Experience working with many customers at one time and ability to drive outcomes across programs.
Proven time management and organization skills.
Comfort speaking to customers across personas and leading webinars with marketing teams.

Responsibilities

Own and manage scale customer onboarding programs for a high volume of commercial customers.
Partner with Sales, Marketing and Enablement to develop and evangelize the program.
Guide customer goals and drive onboarding closeout for many customers.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Sales to build scalable customer programs.
Report on metrics and customer feedback to assess onboarding impact and opportunities.
Develop content and enablement resources for training and product adoption.
Consult on product and industry best practices as a trusted advisor across a large customer book.
