Job summary

BIP US is seeking an Onboarding & Product Launch Engineering Lead to architect and deliver an enterprise onboarding and product-launch platform for asset management clients. You will steer the tech roadmap, manage hybrid teams, and drive rapid, compliant deployments across SMAs, funds of one, and co-investments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience with delivery leadership for client onboarding or product-launch platforms.
• Direct experience with onboarding/launch of institutional investment products (SMAs, funds of one, co-investments).
• Strong knowledge of contracting, KYC/AML, custodian/administrator setup, and downstream system enablement.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and roadmap for an enterprise onboarding/product-launch platform.
• Lead build-vs-buy decisions across low-code and third-party solutions.
• Define and deliver the onboarding MVP with dashboards, tracking, and automation use cases.
• Drive delivery across asset structures (SMAs, funds of one, co-investments).
• Plan integrations with portfolio accounting, custodians, and compliance systems.
• Lead hybrid Agile delivery with internal engineers, consultants, vendors, product, QA, and UX.
