Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding deal teams to deliver seamless client onboarding.
• Build relationships with COOs/CFOs and ensure urgent requirements are met.
• Manage a diverse client base including Hedge Funds, Banks, Asset Managers.
• Translate client strategy and financing needs to JP Morgan products and entities.
• Develop understanding of the PFS product suite and advise clients pre- and post-go-live.
• Communicate client needs and risk asks for go-live launches.
• Direct onboarding delivery through go-live and coordinate with internal partners.
• Serve as escalation point for clients and internal teams.
