Job summary

Ramp is hiring for the Onboarding team, owning customer account creation and the decisioning system that interfaces with fraud, compliance, and credit underwriting models. You’ll partner with product, data, and design, and collaborate with sales, marketing, risk, operations, and finance to accelerate Ramp’s growth.

You’ll build and scale software to expand our serviceable market, improve end-to-end onboarding, and deliver measurable business outcomes with pragmatic, iterative tech solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a software development role.
• Experience shipping fast, reliable applications using modern development tools and infrastructure.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment focused on iterative technical solutions.
• Ability to improvise and develop creative solutions when common approaches fail; pragmatism in uncertainty.
• Perpetual curiosity and passion for honing your craft.

Responsibilities

• Build software to grow Ramp to its next millions of users.
• Scale the output of our application decisioning ops team through automation and AI assistance.
• Drive business outcomes through metric-driven software development.
• Own the customer journey from discovering and applying to Ramp through getting approved for and onboarding to the product.
