Job summary

Lightyear AI is seeking a Network Inventory Onboarding Specialist to own the onboarding process from day one and ensure customer success. You will report to the Strategy Operations Associate and collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to align onboarding outcomes with business goals.

You will oversee and drive the network inventory onboarding effort, including coordinating offshore onboarding activities, leading regular customer calls, and refining workflows to scale across enterprise

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in startup operations, tech, or consulting with strong project management skills.
• High comfort with Excel, high EQ for customer-facing and team management, and strong organizational skills.
