As the leader of our Onboarding Team, you will supervise and manage day-to-day operations, handling workload distribution, training, coaching, and performance management. You will actively monitor team productivity, service levels, and onboarding metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Beyond guiding your immediate staff, you will develop and deliver training programs for both team members and cross-functional partners, assist with workforce planning and resource allocation, and serve as the primary escalation point to provide troubleshooting support for complex onboarding issues.
In this role, you will oversee the entire onboarding lifecycle from hire acceptance through completion, ensuring all deadlines and strict compliance requirements are met. This includes monitoring workflows, trackers, and queues to guarantee that all documentation, certifications, and pre-employment requirements are accurately processed and maintained. You will direct critical compliance functions—such as background checks, TB screenings, I-9 verification, and credentialing activities like NPI registration—while managing sensitive escalations, including offer rescissions and background screening reviews. To guarantee data integrity and regulatory adherence, you will conduct regular quality assurance reviews and audits across all onboarding procedures.
Driving operational excellence is a key component of this position. You will manage our onboarding systems and platforms, developing comprehensive dashboards to track department reporting and workforce metrics.
