Job summary

Overjoy is looking for an Onboarding Manager to own the initial customer journey for our wholesale platform. This full-time remote role drives new customers from signup to first wholesale wins, conducting onboarding calls and ensuring rapid time-to-value.

You will train customers on the product, troubleshoot onboarding issues, and collaborate with sales, account management, and engineering to resolve needs while developing onboarding materials and tracking KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or customer success.
• Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiar with CRM management.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customers at once.
• Experience in CPG or wholesale is a plus.
• Experience using Overjoy is a plus.

About the Role

This is a full-time remote role that owns the most important stretch of the customer journey: the first few weeks. As an Onboarding Manager, you'll take new customers from signup to their first wholesale wins on Overjoy --- running onboarding calls, driving time-to-value, and making sure no customer stalls out before they see results.
