NRG Energy seeks an Employee Lifecycle Specialist to own onboarding and offboarding for Field and Supply Chain Pros, driving readiness and productivity. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Training, HR Operations, Fleet, Licensing, Compliance, and Field Ops to streamline processes and reduce friction across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in workforce operations or related roles.
• Experience supporting frontline or field-based workforces preferred.
• Proven ability to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
• Experience analyzing data and presenting to leadership.
• Familiarity with workforce management systems and HRIS.
• Experience operating in high-growth, change-oriented environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own onboarding and offboarding experience for Field and Supply Chain Pros.
• Coordinate across cross-functional partners and monitor lifecycle touchpoints.
• Identify barriers and gaps affecting readiness, engagement, or transitions.
• Develop and implement onboarding/readiness enhancements and workflows.
• Continue to measure impact with dashboards and reports.
• Influence stakeholders to align processes with field realities.
