Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years in customer experience, scheduling, or service coordination.

Strong organizational and analytical skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and post-sale support.
Manage sales orders and provide timely order status updates.
Coordinate installation timelines with Customer Engineers and Trainers.
Identify and resolve device, shipping, or training issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
