• Manages onboarding case load to meet service goals and timelines with limited supervision.
• Communicates roles and expectations to clients and advisors during onboarding.
• Collaborates to improve implementation processes and ensures documents are in order.
• Keeps stakeholders informed on onboarding progress and status through updates.
