Luma Financial Technologies seeks a Client Onboarding Manager to lead onboarding for new distributor clients onto Luma’s advisor-facing platform.

You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring a seamless, high-quality onboarding that sets the foundation for long-term client success. This role requires deep domain knowledge and strong project leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the annuity and/or life insurance industry, preferably with experience at a distributor, carrier, or fintech platform.
• Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to manage complex relationships and multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho) and project management software (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Coda).

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new Annuity and Life Insurance clients, managing timelines, deliverables, and expectations across all stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, onboarding documentation, and status reports tailored to each client’s structure and distribution model.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure platform configuration aligns with client requirements.
• Proactively identify risks, remove obstacles, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure project success.
• Transition clients post-onboarding to the relationship management and client success teams for long-term support.
