Saber Community Support and Development Office in Beachwood, OH is hiring an Onboarding Specialist to validate and input new-hire data into the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance across federal and state requirements.

You will handle data validation, processing and auditing related to deductions, transfers, terminations, and status changes, while delivering excellent service to Communities and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have two (2) or more years of payroll processing and/or HR-related experience.
• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and Word and able to work within HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Validate and process onboarding data into the HRIS for employees of responsible Communities.
• Perform data validation, processing and auditing related to deductions, transfers, terminations, and status changes.
• Provide exceptional customer service to Communities and their staff.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure compliance with Federal and State requirements.
