LF Driscoll is hiring an HR Specialist, Onboarding & Programs, based in Philadelphia, PA. The role supports the HR Director and business units by owning preboarding and onboarding, coordinating recurring HR programs, and improving program effectiveness through data and feedback.

The position oversees onboarding life cycle from offer to integration, partners with HR and leaders to set timelines, and ensures records, compliance, and system data are maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist with exposure to HR systems and analytics.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and present HR data for decision-making.
• Experience with HR technology platforms such as Oracle, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors or similar systems.
• Advanced Excel skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the preboarding process from offer acceptance through the employee’s first day, including documentation, system access, equipment, workspace, and stakeholder readiness.
• Lead onboarding to ensure a consistent, organized, welcoming experience for new employees.
• Develop and maintain onboarding schedules, materials, checklists, communications, and resources for new hires, managers, and internal partners.
• Coordinate new-hire orientation and support employee integration during the introductory period.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and monitor forms, training, and compliance activities.
• Plan and coordinate recurring HR programs and annual processes, including performance reviews and employee surveys.
• Monitor participation and completion, follow up with stakeholders, and resolve issues.
