The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years in HR/recruiting coordination, and strong organizational and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years in HR, Recruiting Coordination, Employment Coordination, HR Operations, or Talent Acquisition support.
• Experience supporting employee onboarding processes.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all onboarding activities for new hires.
• Complete I-9 verification and E-Verify processes.
• Support New Employee Orientation (NEO).
• Manage onboarding workflows and timelines.
• Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and vendors.
• Track onboarding metrics and identify process improvements.
• Resolve onboarding issues while ensuring compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
