You will coordinate with sales and product teams, monitor progress with checklists, address blockers, and educate customers on payroll tools and milestones to build confidence in the platform.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, operations, or support role.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to follow structured processes while adapting to customer needs.
• Aptitude for learning new products and subject matter.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onboarding guide for new customers, ensuring a smooth and timely implementation experience.
• Partner with prospective customers who have expressed interest in Justworks, identifying opportunities to deliver early value and support conversion and revenue growth.
• Monitor onboarding progress through internal checklists to ensure completion of all required steps.
• Identify onboarding blockers and proactively work to resolve them with internal partners.
• Triage and respond to inbound customer questions within SLA.
• Ensure accurate first payroll milestone is met and educate customers on payroll tools and capabilities.
• Review account setup for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain consistent communication through check-ins and follow-ups.
• Prepare and deliver onboarding completion and handoff communications.
• Deliver a customer centered onboarding experience, ensuring each customer feels supported, informed, and set up for success.
