Job summary

Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia is seeking an Onboarding Ambassador Specialist to lead the onboarding experience for new hires and hiring managers. The role reports to the Director of Training and Development and collaborates with People Services to deliver a structured orientation program across the Goodwill SWPA network.

Qualifications

• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to use email, HRIS, Excel, Teams, and reporting tools.
• Ability to identify process gaps and support onboarding practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate engaging onboarding sessions and orientations for new hires and managers.
• Coordinate onboarding resources including rooms, facilitators, and virtual links.
• Maintain onboarding records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Monitor 30/60/90 day onboarding progress and reporting.
• Support cross-functional onboarding across departments and locations.
• Ensure policies and requirements are communicated and followed.
