Job summary

Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia is seeking an Onboarding Ambassador Specialist to lead new hire orientation across the SWPA network. This full-time role focuses on delivering engaging sessions, ensuring newcomers have the information, tools, and support for a successful start.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business Management, HR, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, HR, or related field AND 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Master's Degree in Business Management, HR, or related field AND 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences in person and virtually.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orientation, training, and presentations introducing employees to Goodwill SWPA’s mission, culture, policies, benefits, systems, resources, and workplace expectations.
• Deliver orientation and onboarding sessions in a welcoming, accessible format that respects diverse cultural backgrounds, identities, experiences, and learning styles.
• Coordinate onboarding resources such as facilitators, rooms, and virtual meeting links; maintain onboarding records and completion reports.
• Monitor onboarding records and reporting; manage I-9 documentation, job descriptions sign-off, and HR software access for hiring managers.
• Coordinate with People Services and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth new hire integration across the SWPA network.
