Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking Global Onboarding Data Architects to lead onboarding of corporate clients' equity administration platforms. You will configure Morgan Stanley at Work software to reflect client plan data and manage complex data migrations with accuracy.

The role requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive, self-starting approach in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with onshore teams and ensure documentation remains current.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or diploma in data management, business, finance, sciences, or equivalent education.
• Minimum of three years managing software/onboarding projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with data migration and large data management; ambiguity may exist.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding projects on time and to high quality standards.
• Configure Morgan Stanley at Work software to reflect client equity plans and data.
• Prepare client data, extract historical data, format data, and load to the platform.
• Coordinate with onshore stakeholders and maintain project documentation.
