Job summary

Zipliens is seeking a Director of Onboarding & Enablement to own how new customers move from signed agreement to fully running on Zipliens. You will design and run the onboarding end-to-end, build the training and content library, and establish a governance model to scale across the business.

In this founding role, you will create standard onboarding frameworks, define paths for standard, pilot, and custom engagements, and ramp internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in onboarding, implementation, education, or enablement within B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services.
• Experience building onboarding programs from scratch or major rebuilds with measurable results.
• Content creation across knowledge bases, videos, decks, one-pagers, and curricula.
• Experience driving adoption of customer-facing portals or platforms.
• Ability to lead programs across teams without direct reporting lines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding experience from signed agreement to steady state.
• Build external knowledge base, training materials, and internal ramp content.
• Define onboarding paths by package and segment; govern content with owners.
• Instrument onboarding KPIs and report progress to leadership.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure clean handoffs and adoption.
