BD is seeking an organized, detail‑oriented professional to support U.S. Revenue Operations by coordinating onboarding and credentialing readiness for new hires and transfers.

You will partner with IT, HR, Sales Training, and legal teams to ensure timely access and smooth transitions, while maintaining documentation and improving processes. The role emphasizes a proactive, customer‑focused approach, accurate data handling, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of corporate program administration or related experience.
• Experience supporting onboarding and vendor credentialing in a large company.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with high accuracy in high-volume tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Willingness to support overtime and confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate readiness activities for onboarding, transfers, terminations, managers, and stakeholders.
• Track readiness milestones, detect gaps, and escalate as needed.
• Monitor access, equipment, training, and systems readiness; resolve gaps.
• Coordinate pre-Day 1 and Day 1 readiness communications and checks.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Sales Training, and Legal to resolve issues.
• Maintain SOPs, job aids, and process documentation to improve coverage.
• Provide cross-coverage to other Sales Operations areas as needed.
