Accountabilities In This Role

Reporting to the Associate Director, Sales Operations, this role supports U.S. Sales Operations by helping coordinate proactive new hire readiness, on/offboarding effectiveness, vendor credentialing activities, integration/divestiture support, and process optimizations. The role contributes to new hire and transfer readiness by identifying potential gaps, following up on open items, escalating barriers as appropriate, and helping improve the associate and manager experience. Because small errors or delays can affect access, customer support, and field readiness, this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to recognize issues quickly, and prompt action to address or expedite concerns. It supports outcomes such as timely system access, credentialing readiness, fewer avoidable escalations, consistent process
