Talentry, in partnership with a leading South Florida acute-care hospital, seeks an Onboarding Coordinator to bridge offers and day one. You will manage the full pre-employment clearance, schedule health screenings, and protect regulatory compliance for staff and contractors.

This on-site role requires 2+ years in HR onboarding, familiarity with Workday and HealthStream, and meticulous record-keeping using I-9 forms and ATS workflows.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in Human Resources with onboarding focus
• Healthcare HR experience preferred
• Experience supporting recruitment processes is desirable
• Proven ability to manage I-9s and pre-employment documents
• Familiarity with ATS workflows and MS Office

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle pre-employment clearance from offer to start date.
• Schedule pre-employment physicals and health clearances.
• Maintain accurate new hire and contractor records for compliance.
• Complete Form I-9s and input data into HR systems.
• Coordinate New Hire Orientation tracking and logistics.
• Assist access setup for Workday and HealthStream and oversee parking compliance.
