This role provides cross-functional support to the Onboarding and Screening teams within Consultant Support, with responsibilities shifting between the two functions based on business needs. The position is responsible for completing onboarding and compliance activities required to meet government regulations and client requirements — including background checks, drug and health screenings, Form I-9 verification, W-2 onboarding paperwork, and other compliance tasks as assigned. The role also includes reviewing W-2 Consultant Agreements, managing the shared Service Desk queue, and helping deliver a timely, accurate, and positive onboarding experience for consultants. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and solid working knowledge of compliance requirements. The position involves daily use of Salesforce (including the Service Desk application), Conga Sign, and third-party vendor systems.
