Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corporation is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to organize, schedule, monitor, and improve the new hire onboarding experience in Commerce, CA. You will support training initiatives, book training rooms, coordinate invitations, and help with room setup and teardown.

The role requires a high school diploma, with a Bachelor’s or equivalent experience preferred and at least 2 years in Training. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus in our diverse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, Organizational Management, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Training
• Experience in an approved training organization is a plus.
• Experience in calendar management, travel, and meeting arrangements.
• Significant experience scheduling training and operations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding with the Onboarding, Learning, and Training teams.
• Book rooms for new hire trainings and manage invitations.

This role will support a wide variety of onboarding initiatives, including but not limited to booking rooms for any new hire trainings, coordinating invitations, and setting up and breaking down training rooms.
