Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. in Naples, FL is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support candidates from offer through day one. You will manage background screenings, qualification validation, new-hire documentation, and data integrity, contributing to process improvements and HR technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, strong communication, and at least one year of relevant experience, with proficiency in HRIS/ATS and Microsoft Office. Experience with I-9 and E-Verify is a plus.
