DTCC is seeking an Integration Technical Analyst I to facilitate client onboarding and lifecycle activities within a supportive environment. You will manage client relationships, ensure efficient processes, and contribute to team success while fostering strong connections across departments. Ideal candidates possess strong communication and problem-solving skills with at least 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
The Integration Technical Analyst I within SIFMU Integration, is responsible for helping the team with new member onboarding, account changes and supporting lifecycle activities. The team will interact directly with potential new clients, delivering prompt and professional guidance to applicants as they navigate through the onboarding process. Upon activation of membership, you will assist in processes and underpin the client account lifecycle including add-on accounts, products and services.
• Manage cases and handle all aspects of the client lifecycle events
• Coordinate with Integration Team as needed on client inquiries, project task or assignment
• Represent Integration on Cross Functional Teams within their assigned division as needed
• Help SIFMU Integration team follow controls for higher risk tasks
• Build and maintain procedures or project materials as needed (document procedure, test plans, etc.)
• Aspire to gain knowledge on technical implementations for product and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships across all groups involved with onboarding and lifecycle activities
• Identify and implement opportunities for efficiencies by working across the Global Solutions Delivery Client Services teams and overall DTCC Organization
• Ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure, client-facing environment
• Pay close attention to detail with an interest in identifying process and operational risks
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively to get things done, building, and nurturing strong relationships both with internal partners and clients
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results
• Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; advances appropriately
• Provide testing support and answer client inquiries concerning account set-ups, files, subscriptions
• Accountable for the success of Client lifecycle case work and the resolution of issues that arise
• Successfully engage in multiple client projects simultaneously
