We are seeking a Systems Analyst / Developer to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Technology Senior Manager, this full-time, permanent position is remote, based in the USA, and will support various sub-verticals of the Fund Services business, helping to enhance their global presence by bridging business needs with technical solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements, translating them into detailed system designs.
• Designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions, including integrations, data models, and automation scripts.
• Leading and participating in agile ceremonies, managing project timelines, and ensuring milestones are met.
• Developing and executing test plans, managing testing phases, and ensuring quality through code reviews and testing.
• Acting as liaison between technical teams and business users, providing training, support, and technical presentations.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in C# / .NET / Python / SQL for application development and automation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud migrations (Azure/AWS).
• 3-5 years of experience in Investment Management, specifically with Investran / Yardi.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
