What are we looking for in our Customer Service Analyst?

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Customer Service Analyst to work for our client in the Manufacturing & Healthcare industry. Apply now for consideration!

Contract: W2, 12-months

Location: 100% Remote (based in Maplewood, MN)

Pay Range: $20-22/hour DOE

Brief Summary:

As a Customer Service Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction, payment analysis, and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end issue resolution management for customer accounts
  • Analyze customer-specific payments, delinquencies, and credit behavior
  • Collaborate with sales and internal partners to resolve delinquent accounts
  • Conduct thorough analysis of accounts receivable and payment behaviors
  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance productivity
  • Build and maintain trust with internal and external stakeholders through timely and accurate reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • At least 2 years of combined experience in finance, accounting, customer service, accounts receivable/payable, or a related field
  • Experience with B2B collections, dispute management, and financial analysis
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI a plus
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong initiative and experience with process improvement and/or Lean Sigma projects

Preferred Skills:

  • Accounts receivable & collections
  • Customer service in a financial setting
  • Analytical mindset and experience with credit principles
  • Experience in the manufacturing or healthcare industry
