Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking an Onboarding Specialist for our Capital Partners Family Office Client Services team in New York City.

You will support the client onboarding process for Consolidated Reporting Services and coordinate with Relationship Management, Family Office Services, Client Onboarding, and external investment advisors to ensure accurate ownership structures and smooth access to third‑party investment data.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including customizing charts and graphs, multi-sheet analyses, and linking data across workbooks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify, elevate, and resolve problems and issues.
• Avid learner willing to develop subject matter expertise in new software.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the front office teams on client onboarding.
• Liaison with internal teams, External custodians and external Fund Managers.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client onboarding issue escalation.
• Working with internal groups to integrate systems and workflows.
• Identifying trends and recommending process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with various teams across the organization to resolve client issues.
• Maintain onboarding metrics on Monday.com.
• Overseeing and tracking multiple concurrent client onboardings.
