Qualifications

BA/BS required.
10+ years portfolio management experience with equities or bonds.
Excellent client services skills.
Superior oral and written communication; analytical and thought leadership.
Knowledge of asset allocation, trust and fiduciary principles.
Familiarity with engaging private business owners.
Strong team player and work ethic.
CFA, CFP, and/or MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

Relationship management and business development; source or close new business.
Investment execution with knowledge of complex investment strategies; align with client plans.
Risk management and administration; ensure compliance and proper documentation.
