Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman in New York City is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support the Consolidated Reporting Services onboarding process. You will coordinate with Relationship Management, Family Office Services, and external advisors to ensure accurate client ownership structures and secure access to third-party investment data.

The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, excellent communication, and a detail-oriented, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including customizing charts and graphs, conducting multi-sheet analysis, linking data across workbooks, and using advanced formulas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify, elevate, and resolve problems and issues.
• Avid learner willing to develop subject matter expertise in new software.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
• Proactive, goal-oriented self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the front office teams on client onboarding.
• Liaison with internal teams, External custodians and external Fund Managers.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client onboarding issue escalation.
• Working with internal groups to integrate systems and workflows.
• Identifying trends and recommending process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with various teams across the organization to resolve client issues.
• Maintain onboarding metrics on Monday.com.
• Overseeing and tracking multiple concurrent client onboardings.
