Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) in Chicago is seeking a Family Office Analyst to join the Capital Partners multi-family office team. You will support the Relationship Manager by serving as the primary contact point for high-net-worth clients and oversee day-to-day activities of the RM’s client base.

You will coordinate client meetings, help prepare presentations, and assist with investment execution across Core Select, Fixed Income, and Cash Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 1–2 years industry experience preferred
• Wealth management experience or aptitude required
• Strong organizational, analytical, and written/oral communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel

Responsibilities

• Support RM by serving as the primary contact for high-net-worth clients
• Manage day-to-day activities of the RM’s client base and ensure BBH services are delivered
• Prepare client presentation materials and participate in client meetings
• Coordinate client meetings and assist with presentations for client information such as holdings and capital activity
• Coordinate core portfolio activities across Core Select, Fixed Income, and Cash Management
• Identify accounts for re-balancing or re-papering and resolve client account issues
