Job summary

Citi in Houston, TX is seeking a seasoned professional for Private Banker Support. You will apply in-depth knowledge to improve onboarding and client workflows, partnering with sales teams and internal partners to deliver high-touch service to Citi clients.

The role requires 5–8 years in wealth management or financial services, strong analytical and communication skills, and FINRA licenses or the ability to obtain them within 150 days. This position is full-time in-office in Houston.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in wealth management or financial services.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) required or to be obtained within 150 days.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply specialized onboarding knowledge to monitor, assess, and improve processes and data.
• Partner with sales and internal teams (KYC, Account Opening, product) to fulfill client requests.
• Ensure documentation is current, accurate, and complete; respond promptly.
• Support clients navigating KYC/onboarding and account opening while evaluating complex issues.
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise and influence decisions through guidance and training.
