Responsibilities

• Applies specialized knowledge related to onboarding to monitor, assess, analyze, and evaluate processes and data, including identifying policy gaps and recommending improvements.
• Partners with sales teams and liaises with internal partners (KYC, Account Opening and product partners) to fulfill client requests with strong service.
• Ensure all documentation is current, accurate, and complete, fulfilling requests promptly.
• Support clients navigating the KYC/onboarding and account opening processes while evaluating moderately complex issues with potential impact.
• Demonstrates subject matter expertise and influences decisions through advice, counsel, and facilitation, supporting team performance.
• Assess and escalate risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations and reporting control issues.
