Job summary

Smartsheet is seeking a Talent Development Partner to own onboarding and career development programs. This role shapes the employee experience from day one through years of growth, building tools like IDP templates and career pathways.

You’ll partner across the business to ensure culture is felt company-wide. The role reports to the Director of Talent Management and is based in our Bellevue office, with responsibilities spanning live sessions, data-driven iteration, and scalable programming for

Qualifications

5+ years in talent development, organizational development, or HR program design.
Experience designing onboarding programs at an enterprise level.
Experience building career development frameworks (IDPs, pathways) for a full organization.
Comfort managing a phased roadmap and adapting programs as needed.

Responsibilities

Design and launch a comprehensive onboarding program welcoming new hires and embedding cultural knowledge.
Own and evolve onboarding as a living program using data to iterate and improve outcomes.
Build Smartsheet's career development story with templates, pathways, and development courses.
Facilitate live sessions and workshops across Talent Development programs as a trusted facilitator.
Partner across the business to ensure onboarding and career development align with needs.
