Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field preferred.
• Experience in HR or healthcare onboarding is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR software is required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and interpret policies and statutes for the assigned region.
• Assist with special projects within Background Investigations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Employee Relations as needed.
• Support onboarding and ensure compliant hiring processes.
