Job summary

Canyon Spirit, a premier rail journey provider, seeks an Onboard Support Coordinator in Denver, CO. This role ensures inventory accuracy, supports crew operations, administers the food program, and maintains cleanliness across the train to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will travel with the train, assist guests and crew, and uphold safety and food handling standards in a dynamic environment. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in administrative, logistics, hospitality, travel, or tourism-related roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Experience using point-of-sale systems is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain onboard inventory levels and organized storage of merchandise and supplies.
• Coordinate distribution of supplies and merchandise across railcars and with crew.
• Support the crew food program and maintain cleanliness in crew cars and refrigeration equipment.
• Assist guests onboard and on platforms, reflecting company values and service standards.
• Communicate operational information to onboard teams and leadership.
• Demonstrate accountability and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
